Local artist Christine Mason Miller has a book out! Through artwork and writing, Miller explores the idea of the beauty in everyday life as well as the pursuit of authenticity, even when this is a difficult path.
"In
this book Christine asks us, 'What does it mean to live an authentic
life? By sharing some of her thoughts and experiences she attempts to
peel away the layers of the created self in search of what it means to
live fully open to what gives us the greatest meaning, even when that
is extremely challenging." -From the Foreword by Keri Smith, author of The Guerilla Art Kit
Come join the fun and meet Christine -and the book- at Peach Tree Pottery in Mar Vista this Sunday 1-5pm, located at 3795 Boise Ave Mar Vista, CA 90066 (Just three blocks west of Centinela off of Venice Blvd) Christine will read from the book several times through the afternoon.
