wouldn't it be remabulous to have photoshop cs3 right now?
for those of you with intel macs, like me, who have been gagging for the time when photoshop will take full advantage of the power of your new pretty baby, your time may have arrived. photoshop cs3 is now available in beta. in order to have it at your disposal for more than a measly two days, adobe requires that you have a registered copy of cs2. you will need to register yourself on the site so you have a sign-in adobe id and password. you may then proceed to this page to download your spanking new copy.
i am doing just that as i type this, so i have no review of increased speed as of yet. will share what i think as soon as i have it up and running.
am very excited to have a new version, which will hopefully get me amped to get shooting again.
sometimes all we need are new toys to pry our way out of a funk, right? especially when those toys are free! do let me know what you think of the program if you download it yourself.
Dude, I got photoshop CS-gajillion. It actually even presses the shutter for me. Applekey+option+s.

i wouldn't be too sad yet- it has been a nightmare to download. i have yet to get it successfully on the computer after several tries. annoying. it is a bummer that it doesn't work unless you have cs2, but i guess that is how they keep from losing all their sales to beta versions. if you are a student, there are extremely good deals on photoshop single licenses. i got mine that way when i was in photo school. am happy to share links with anyone this helps out...
